Joseph Seia fares from the White Center community and currently serves as Director of Program Operations at New Horizons providing direct administration to programs serving youth experiencing homelessness. He graduated from the Institute of Public Service at Seattle University with a degree in Public Affairs. Prior to New Horizons, Joseph held case management and youth program management positions focused on providing culturally responsive services to youth of color, LGBTQ youth, immigrant youth and other marginalized youth involved in multiple systems. His community work includes community development for South King County, anti-racist facilitation and organizing, youth leadership and in providing cultural programming for the Pacific Islander youth community in the Pacific Northwest.
